What we do with your details
Short version: we use them to get back to you about your job, and nothing else.
What we collect
If you fill in a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address, town and job description you type into it. Nothing is required beyond a name and a phone number, because a phone number is what we actually use.
What we do with it
We use it to contact you about the job you asked about, to quote it, and to keep a record of the work if you go ahead. Your details are stored in our customer system and seen by Matt and anyone working for Direct Concrete on your job. We do not sell them, we do not rent them, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for two years and then deleted. Records for jobs we have done are kept for seven years, because tax and health and safety obligations require it.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to see which pages people read and where they get stuck, so we can fix the pages that are not working. That records pages viewed, roughly where in the country you are and what device you used. It does not record your name or your phone number. Your browser can block all of it and the site still works.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Ring 027 966 9505 or email directconcrete@outlook.com and we will sort it out. If you are not happy with how we handle it you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.
